Fresh pollen



Bee pollen is a super nutritious food that, in a short amount of time, can make you feel energized and improve yourself inside and out. After experiments, it was found that the components of the pollen have an antimicrobial effect because they inhibit the growth of bacteria and pathogenic fungi. This action could be attributed to the high content of flavonoids. It is considered the best natural multivitamin that nature gives us.


Propolis



Propolis (bee-glue) is a sticky substance produced by bees, which results from the collection of resinous secretions from the barks of plants, and they enrich it with wax, pollen, enzymes and other substances. Propolis is used by bees to seal and disinfect the inside of the hive. Propolis has a broad anti-viral spectrum, while its activity against viruses is significantly enhanced in combination with pollen and royal jelly. It has certified activity against viruses, including influenza, H1N1 and H1N3.


Royal jelly



Royal jelly is a creamy substance produced by bees as food for the future queen. It is secreted by special glands in the pharynx of worker bees and in this respect differs from honey, since it is not secreted by the bees' body. The royal jelly feeds the bee larvae, which as perfect insects will become queens. These larvae initially do not differ from those that become workers, but under the influence of royal jelly they grow into queens.

Honey is an aromatic, viscous, sweet material derived from the nectar of plants, which bees collect and convert for their food into a thicker liquid and finally store in their combs. Based in Agia Marina Koropi, but with constant travels with our bees, we gather flavors and varieties from all over Greece in a jar. The bees offer us their products and we collect from the hive without any processing offer them to you so that they reach your table.
